Spoonful of Gratitude challenge!

Life is hard. Thankfully, life is also a precious gift. The bad times, sorrow, and pain can get overwhelming and loud enough to drown out the good. Occasionally, we all need to consciously remind ourselves of what we have done and what is good in our lives.

This year has been rough for a lot of people, and so, I hope you will join me in the "Spoonful of Gratitude" challenge. Starting November 16 and ending November 22 (the day before Thanksgiving), there will be specific instructions of what to post online in order to intentionally make you focus on the positives!

  • November 16: post a picture of a time when you were proud of yourself and tell the story of it

  • November 17: post pictures of 3 people in your life that are supportive of you

  • November 18: post a picture of something or someone who changed your life for the better

  • November 19: post a picture of something or someone who motivates you

  • November 20: post a picture of something or someone who always makes you laugh

  • November 21: share a song that makes you want to dance every time you hear it

  • November 22: post a picture of 5 of your favorite things

It sounds cheesy - but it really does help when the negativity gets too loud!

I can't wait to see everyone's responses!
